SUSTAINABILITY
We’re using less water than the national average with a multi-million dollar water treatment facility, purifying waste-water finished through a membrane filter in order to be recycled to the land.
Lightweight packaging, reducing carbon footprint and moving to bottling facilities in market.
Regenerative viticulture across vineyards, building biodiversity and soil health.
Re-using grape marc in the vineyards, which replenishes nutrient levels.
Sheep grazing minimises tractor use, curbing energy and carbon emissions. This also decreases use of herbicides, while providing fertiliser.
Planting cover crops in our vineyards creates greater biodiversity. The plant species provide a food source for beneficial insects, helping with pest management.
